The den is just off the great room and connects that living space with the rest of the house. Used primarily as a television and reading room, it features a 27" cable-connected TV with DVD and VCR players. Out of the large window is a sweeping view of Sedona's eastern horizon, including Courthouse, Bell, Castle and Cathedral Rocks. The wide pine plank floor, comfortable mission style furniture, beamed ceilings, rustic lanterns and beautiful Zapatec wall hangings give the room a warm, inviting southwestern feel. The futon sofa provides extra sleeping space. The windows have pulldown shades for privacy and darkening the room during daylight hours.
